From the living area you can access the furnished east-facing terrace and enjoy the sun from the early morning. There is a box-spring double bed in the sleeping area. The cozy sofa bed offers two more sleeping places. There is a communal storage room for bicycles at the house. In the sleeping area, there is a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) for a restful night's sleep. The cozy sofa bed (160x200cm) in the living area offers two more sleeping places. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC and shower. The windows of the apartment are equipped with insect screens and blinds. There is a storage room for bicycles in the house, which can be shared by all units. There is also a washing machine in a separate room for communal use.
