Studio in idyllic Catskills Mountains with two private fire pits and picturesque pond. Nestled at the foot of Halcott Mountain and Bellayre Ski Resort, this is the ideal getaway for a quiet retreat, ski trip or to explore the beautiful Catskills area all year round. Full access to private spring-fed pond and grounds.15 Minute drive to Phoenicia, 25 Minute drive to Woodstock, 2.5 Hours from New York City. Amenities include kitchenette, wood-fired stove, outdoor fire pits and king-sized bed. The space The bedroom has a four poster bed and the kitchen is equipped with oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine. Guests have the entire apartment to themselves, accessed by the side door which leads out on to the grounds of the house with stunning views of Halcott Mountain. There are two outdoor fire pits for guests to enjoy and outdoor seating area. There is also a private small pond for guests to enjoy in the summer. If you would like to swim in it you can, but note there are frogs in the pond. Please note that the studio is underneath the main house. Whilst we are not at the house full time, we will be there some weekends. The studio itself is fully private. Guest access Free parking onsite by the house. Access to the studio is through a private entrance to the side of the house. Guests do not have access to the main house but the studio is completely private, situated underneath the main house. Other things to note Additional fee for pets- $50 per pet per stay.
