In the heart of a charming village in the southwest of France, 25 minutes from Agen, 1 hour from Toulouse and 2 hours from Bordeaux, the former 450m² presbytery totally renovated by a couple passionate about French heritage, welcomes you for an exceptional stay. The property is composed of a 17th century building, surrounded by a large fenced private park of more than 6000m2, with a 6x12 outdoor pool pool, petanque court, summer kitchen with plancha and free parking on the estate. The space The gite: This beautiful property is located in the center of a charming Lamagistère commune close to the Garonne. Surrounded by a large park, you will be in a quiet area while having the advantages of the city centre at your fingertips: a restaurant, a tobacco shop (selling bread, croissants), a pizzeria and a convenience store. Private parking on the 7-space estate is at your disposal as well as many free parking spaces in the adjoining street. You can enjoy bike rides to nearby lakes (Lac Bleu de Bergon 2 km), hiking along the Garonne (1 min from the cottage) or along the Garonne side canal 2 km, cultural and tourist visits in the surrounding area: Dunes (10 min), Puymirol (15 min) local vineyards, Parc Walygator Sud-Ouest ex-Walibi (30 min), Cahors (1 hr). The cottage is ideal for a large family or a group of friends looking to spend a peaceful holiday in a quiet environment. Units: The cottage can accommodate up to 22 people and is equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. It has 8 bedrooms including 1 dorm, a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room adjoining the kitchen, 3 living rooms including 2 on the ground floor and 1 very spacious upstairs. There are 6 bathrooms/shower rooms with toilets, and 4 additional toilets in the common areas (2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs).
