The property consists of a 17th century building, surrounded by a large fenced private park of more than 6000 m2, with a 6x12 outdoor swimming pool, a petanque court, a summer kitchen with plancha and free parking on the estate. The space The gite: This beautiful property is located in the center of a charming Lamagistère commune close to the Garonne. Surrounded by a large park, you will be quiet while having at your fingertips the advantages of the city center: a restaurant, a tobacconist (sale of bread, croissants), a pizzeria and a supermarket. The private parking on the estate 7 places is at your disposal as well as many free parking spaces on the adjoining street. You can enjoy bike rides to the nearby lakes (Lac Bleu de Bergon 2km away), hiking along the Garonne river (1 min from the cottage) or along the Canal lateral de la Garonne 2km away, cultural and tourist visits in the area: Dunes (10 min), Puymirol (15min) local vineyards, Walygator Southwest Ex-Walibi Park (30 min), Cahors (1h). The cottage is ideal for a large family or a group of friends looking to spend a peaceful holiday in a quiet environment.
