In the heart of a charming village in the southwest of France, 25 minutes from Agen, 1 hour from Toulouse and 2 hours from Bordeaux, the old 450 m² presbytery, completely renovated by a couple passionate about French heritage, welcomes you for an exceptional stay. The property consists of a 17th century building, surrounded by a large fenced private park of more than 6000 m2, with a 6x12 outdoor swimming pool, a petanque court, a summer kitchen with plancha and free parking on the estate. The space The cottage: This beautiful property is located in the center of a charming town, Lamagistère, a stone's throw from the Garonne. Surrounded by a large park, you will be quiet while having at your fingertips the advantages of the city center: a restaurant, a tobacco shop (sale of bread, croissants), a pizzeria and a supermarket. Private parking on the 7-seat estate is available as well as plenty of free street parking. You can enjoy bike rides to nearby lakes (Lac Bleu de Bergon 2 km away), hikes along the Garonne (1 min from the cottage) or along the Canal Latéral de la Garonne 2 km away, cultural and tourist visits in the surrounding area: Dunes (10 min), Puymirol (15 min) local vineyards, Walygator Sud-Ouest ex-Walibi park (30 min), Cahors (1 h). The cottage is ideal for a large family or a group of friends looking to spend a peaceful vacation in a quiet environment. The accommodations: The gîte can accommodate up to 22 people and is equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant. It has 8 bedrooms including 1 dormitory, a large fully equipped kitchen, a dining room adjoining the kitchen, 3 living rooms including 2 on the ground floor and 1 very spacious upstairs. There are 6 bathrooms/shower rooms with toilets, and 4 additional toilets in the common areas (2 on the ground floor and 2 upstairs).
