The Domaine de Lamagistère is above all a family home. We have restored this former 17th-century rectory, preserving its history, character and architecture, while providing it with modern comforts. We welcome families and groups of friends who come to spend a few days together, in a house where everyone finds their place. This house has stood through the centuries. We hope that, for the time of your stay, it will be the setting for precious memories. The space THE ESTATE: The Domaine is fully private during your stay. It offers beautiful volumes and many living spaces that allow you to share convivial moments while preserving everyone's privacy. You will have access to: • 6 bedrooms • 6 bathrooms / toilets • a large fully equipped kitchen • several lounges and relaxation areas • a friendly dining room • an equipped laundry room • private parking Outside, you will enjoy a fenced wooded park of about 6,000 m², a private pool, a summer kitchen, a large terrace, a pétanque court, and several areas set up for sharing a meal, relaxing, or enjoying the calm. THE BEDROOMS: The rooms are spread over several levels to ensure everyone's comfort. Each bedroom has quality bedding, and most have their own bathroom, allowing families and groups of friends to fully enjoy their stay while maintaining their independence. The layout of the house is particularly suitable for large families, family reunions, gatherings of friends, or vacations bringing together several generations. FOR WHAT OCCASIONS? AROUND THE DOMAINE The Domaine is located in the heart of Lamagistère, a village in the South-West where essential shops are within walking distance. Just a few minutes away, you can discover local markets, bastides, vineyards, walking trails and many tourist sites in Tarn-et-Garonne, Lot-et-Garonne and Gers. We will be happy to share our recommendations with you: restaurants, local producers, markets, walks, and ideas for outings depending on the season. Guest access The Domaine is fully private during your stay. You have exclusive use of the house, the park, the pool, the summer kitchen, the terrace, and all the living areas. Only a few technical areas, closed to the public, are not accessible. HEATING The Domaine is available to rent during the summer and does not have heating. SWIMMING POOL The pool is not heated. SECURITY DEPOSIT A deposit check, not cashed, will be required upon arrival. RESPECT FOR PROPERTY Please leave the house tidy upon checkout, with dishes clean and put back in the cupboards. EVENTS Parties and events that may disturb the neighborhood are not permitted without prior agreement.
