The space The Garden Residence forms part of Villa Kotseli, a traditional terraced Cycladic stone house built into the landscape and connected by external stone paths and staircases. The ground-level position offers easy access, a strong connection to the garden, and a peaceful, private atmosphere. The setting is green, open, and calm, with views across the valley, surrounding nature, and beautiful light throughout the day. 1. Parking & Entrances Private Guest Parking: One dedicated parking space provides direct access via a private stone staircase to the Garden Residence. The Garden Residence has its own independent access, ensuring privacy and ease throughout your stay. 2. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the Garden Residence and shared access (Villa guests only) to the pool, gardens, and main outdoor terraces. All areas are accessed externally, in keeping with traditional Cycladic architecture. There are no shared indoor spaces.
