The holiday home is surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, olive trees, and lavender, and is blessed with a magnificent view. In total, there are 11 apartments. The location is ideal for hiking through the natural parks. You will also find several nice towns within a short distance, such as Castiglione del Lago, Tuoro, Passignano, Città della Pieve, Paciano, Panicale, Perugia, Assisi, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, and Montepulciano. Apartment Zinie does not have a reserved space; however, it is possible to go down to the ground floor, where you will find yourself at the back in a space with a beautiful view, where you can have a table reserved for yourself for the entire stay. But there are also other tables, which can be used by the other guests of the structure. The agriturismo sells local wine and olive oil. There is a communal swimming pool, and for the children, there is play equipment and a football field. It i, therefore, also an ideal place for families with children.
