Seaside Home overlooking Blekinge Archipelago

Enjoy a wonderful stay exploring southern Sweden and the Blekinge Archipelago! This year-round house has magnificent views of the Spjako bay where you can enjoy both the sea and nature. The home has a large lawn, wooden deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill where you can enjoy your meals overlooking the sea. This is the perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature, or simply relaxing and enjoying the sunset! The space Just in front of the property is a small grassy area with a shared jetty where you can sunbathe and take daily swims from the swimming ladder. Property has its own boat slip with a rowboat on the shared jetty. There is also a sandy beach not too far away at Saxemara Badplats with picnic tables and park area. The home has all necessities for a comfortable stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, high speed internet and wifi. The living area is bright and roomy with a fireplace and TV. The house accommodates 5+2 people. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, two with double beds and one with a single bed. The largest double room has a 180 cm bed and the second double room has a 140 cm bed.. There is also a separate cabin with two single beds that is only available when you book for 6-7 guests Small row boat available for guest use in the warmer months ~June-September. It is for local use only in the bay for leisure or fishing. Maximum weight 300 kg. Guest access Full access to the entire house and plot except for one storage cabinet in the house and a couple sheds on the property. Free parking for 3 cars. Other things to note Beach and jetty are shared with several neighbors. It might be possible for you to also dock your own boat/rental on the shared jetty - please contact us in advance to confirm if we can accommodate. No Smoking. No Pets. No parties or events.
