If you want to unplug & unwind in a serene mountain setting, this is the place for you! Enjoy the spectacular mountain views from the upper wraparound deck in this 3-level cabin. The cabin is perched at 2200 feet of elevation in a beautiful, quiet gated community. Visit the local winery then relax with a glass of wine in our outdoor seating on the deck. Roast s'mores with your kids around the fire pit or snuggle in front of the indoor fireplace. Such a great location close to outdoor fun! The space 3 level cabin that comfortably sleeps 8 guests. Cabin has 3 bedrooms plus a loft with king size bed and futon (5 beds total plus futon), 2 bathrooms, a living room and separate media room where you can enjoy movie nights. Cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The cabin feels spacious with high ceilings and an open floor plan, but feels cozy like "home." The cabin is located in the gated Linville Forest development with a nicely paved road up the mountain. Perfect place to practice social distancing while enjoying the outdoors. While the cabin is private and secluded, it is within minutes of many outdoor activities including golf, hiking, lakes and wine tasting. Linville Falls Golf Club is across the street from our neighborhood. Close to Linville Caverns, Linville Gorge and Linville Falls. 8 miles from the Linville Falls Winery and even closer to fresh cheese from the English Farmstead Cheese shop. Enjoy local breweries and lots of great BBQ. Also close to the Blue Ridge Parkway and snow tubing/skiing (Boone, Beech Mountain & Banner Elk). 45 minutes from the vibrant city of Asheville, NC. ESSENTIALS are supplied to get you started on your stay to include toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. A Keurig coffee maker plus complimentary k-cups, sugar, and creamer are provided. We also have a coffee maker to make a full pot (coffee filters included, but not coffee). If you plan to do some cooking, suggest you stock up on your way to the cabin at one of the local grocery stores, Ingles (with a Starbucks) or Food Lion. ADDITIONAL EXTRAS for families with children include a waffle maker, griddle for pancakes, and a mini donut maker. DVDs, board games, and coloring books & crayons. Outdoor games: corn hole & ladder toss. Feel free to log into any apps with your account. Netflix streams the best. Wi-Fi is available, although many cell carriers have a stronger cell signal in the mountains than the internet service provided. Please note: No smoking/vaping on premises and no animals.
