Not suitable for children under 18. *if you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton, you’re not going to get it here!! We are a busy family home and you’ll still get your privacy. The space Guests have access to the shared dining room, the living room, the den, the backyard and the pool area. Plenty of space to chill. The lot is huge and is plenty of room for privacy. This home was built in the 50s and embodies its original historic style with historic culture. If you like cabins and love antiques, then you will appreciate this place. We are one of the few places that is surrounded by the cities farmlands in this vast city. This is a family home traditionally set up the way Airbnb first started. We are a full spectrum rental property and we are a quiet but lively home. We only accept positive vibes here. This is a private ROOM private bath in a shared home and only allows 2 guests per room. Not responsible for your vehicle or belongings. Have full coverage on your vehicle. The lot is gated/fenced in. Well mannered Dogs are welcome. Must be fixed. You are responsible for cleaning after your pet inside and outside. Guest access Guests are allowed to use the laundry room. Please bring any additional laundry SOAP. The pool is CLOSED. the gate should always be locked and secured when exiting. Also we ask 2 or more guests in the pool area. The grill in the backyard and patio area are open for use as well. During your stay I am available in person and via phone. I am very social but I also give guests space. Let me know if you need assistance. Other things to note I have a dog who loves to interact with people, babies, kids and other dogs. This home is comfortable and chill. Most guests extend there stay. You may hear my neighbors peacocks, chickens and ducks. This home is a mini forest in a country setting in the cut. If you have a pet, the MALE DOGS have to be FIXED, good behavior, and it’s a pet fee of $50 per pet. you are responsible for your pet. WE DO ONLY ALLOW WELL BEHAVED CATS AND DOGS. Guests are not allowed to violate any laws and airbnb rules on or around this property such as: violence, loud noise, weapons and drugs are prohibited. Do not enter any rooms that are not assigned to you. My neighbor does beautiful henna, if available and interested, we can set that up for you as well. We are a full spectrum rental. This is a historic home on a large compound. We are always renovating the outside of the property. ALSO FYI: I WORK IN THE comedic ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY AND ALLOW FILMING AND/OR EVENTS OUTSIDE.
