Less than 5 minutes to town. The cottage offers an exceptional location for boating, watersports, fishing, swimming and cottage memories. Sit on the dock and enjoy one of the nicest sunsets in Muskoka The space OUTDOOR SPACES: DECK: You will quickly find that the +500 sq. ft. main floor deck will become the hub of your days, providing beautiful views of the lake, dock hot tub, sauna and fire pit - a perfect place for enjoying a book, BBQing or simply relaxing with a drink after a full day of outdoor activities. The deck has Weber gas BBQ and black stone flat top, with chairs to enjoy the deck. SAUNA: Enjoy the wood burning sauna with cold plunge tub. HOT TUB: Enjoy the 8 person hot tub year round. FIRE PIT: Enjoy a fire pit with views of the lake, roasting marshmallows singing camp fire songs. Must bring own firewood.
