For fifteen years we have been offering hospitality in a typical Ligurian house consisting of a few rooms with a private bathroom and a separate entrance. Here you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, located just 2.5 km from the sea, with access exclusively via a pedestrian street. The space Our house is immersed in the greenery of the Ligurian hills and can only be reached on foot via a pedestrian walkway, consisting of an uphill ramp followed by a staircase of 50 steps, located about 4 minutes from the public parking lot. The accommodation is located in a typical Genoese house that was completely renovated in 2005, maintaining the salient features and using traditional materials such as wood for the roof, which is ventilated and insulated to ensure comfort both in winter and summer, as well as bricks, stone and lime for the internal walls. In terms of environmental sustainability, our B&B is equipped with a rainwater collection system, used to irrigate the garden and vegetable garden, and photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity. Guest access Guests enjoy independent access to the property, ensuring privacy and comfort. Common areas are available that enrich the experience of your stay: - A terrace, ideal for relaxing, equipped with hammocks during the summer (currently not available due to COVID19 restrictions). - A cozy garden located in front of the house, perfect for moments of tranquility. - A kitchen/dining or reading room, equipped with a wide assortment of books and information material on the main cultural and natural attractions of the area, including the Golfo Paradiso, the Cinque Terre National Park, the Portofino Regional Park and the Gulf of Tigullio. This space offers a unique opportunity to explore and learn more about local wonders. During your stay We will be happy to show you routes and places to visit and provide you with information on noteworthy restaurants and beaches, as well as the most evocative trails to take in our mountains. We also have tourist maps and other informational material. Other things to note Always available for our guests, we offer a selection of fresh herbs grown by us, including thyme, bay leaf, rosemary, sage and oregano, which we will be happy to give as a gift. In addition, we provide paid services such as a sauna, which can be used by up to two people, available from November to March, and a car garage, free for motorcycles.
