There is a locked shed in the backyard which we would appreciate you not accessing. Other things to note If bookings permit we will endeavour to offer you an early check in or late check out as we understand how precious time away is. All linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests booked. Guest numbers must not exceed 6 people. Strictly NO PARTIES as this will result in immediate termination of your booking and loss of all monies paid. Occupants must be over the age of 21 years old or accompanied by a person of parental age at all times. We love our neighbours and the majority of them live and work here full time. Please keep the noise down between 9pm - 7am. Your pooch is on holiday too and is in a new surrounding so please don't leave them for long periods of time as their barking might stress our neighbours. No cats sorry. The ensuite bathroom from bedroom 1 is designed as a 'wet room' to optimise accessibility. There are optional toilet and shower grab rails. Please ask if you are interested in any additional equipment
