We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding parties, disruptive gatherings, and excessive noise. This is a self-contained property rather than serviced, a small amount of instant coffee, sugar, tea, and sugar is provided as a complimentary. Towels are not replaced, but you are free to use the washing machine as needed. We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance. We allow cat or dog only. Per the listing, only one pet is allowed and up to 10kg only. An extra damage deposit of $250 applies. The property has a fully enclosed yard with a lockable gate. To help keep prices as low as possible for our guests, we make up the number of beds dependent on how many guests book so there may be an extra fee to request more beds.
