Large bedroom: a Queen size bed with high-quality mattress and a single bed perfect for a child. Bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and sitting area, and an extra double bed. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning. We provide bed sheets and towels. The main bedroom includes a Queen‑size bed (160×200) with high‑quality bedding, as well as a charming cabin bed that children absolutely love. A second sleeping option (140×190) is also available in the living room. You will also enjoy a beautiful, practical and functional bathroom, designed with your comfort in mind. For an unforgettable moment of relaxation, you can access our private 6‑person spa, located in a vaulted Champagne‑style cellar, fully tiled, ventilated and beautifully arranged. Spa access available at an additional cost. With sustainability in mind, the loft is equipped with low‑consumption lighting, water‑saving taps, next‑generation connected radiators and a heat pump. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. And for your peace of mind, cleaning fees are included. Other things to note With the peace and quiet of the countryside, and all the comfort of the city, Avize is the ideal place to relax. This charming village is located at the heart of the Côte des Blancs vineyard region. Avize is classified “Grand cru” for the quality of its soil and is home to many winegrowers and champagne houses. Parking spots, a bakery and other shops are all available right next to our building.
