The central location of the house makes it the perfect stay for anyone who wants to explore the city and be close to restaurants, stores and main sightseeing attractions. The house is located on the remarcable touristic street of the city. It is 120 square meters, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 balconies and a nice yard (800 square meters). The space There are 2 bedrooms where 4 people can be hosted and in addition there are 2 extendable sofa beds where 2 more people can sleep. Up to 6 people can be hosted in the house. There is also an additional small apartment - bedroom that has a private bathroom and entrance that can be booked privately. There are in total 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies that can be used from the guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and the yard where they can enjoy their stay having nice time on the outdoor table and chairs. Also the guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, cafe machine, kettle, fridge and some basic condiments, sugar and cafe. Wе provide also an iron, an ironing board and hair dryer. Please note that there is another house and room next to this one, which may accommodate other guests, making the yard a shared space. The owner of the house also lives there, so you may see her in the yard. Other things to note In the day of your check-in you will be met at the address and will be welcomed and given the keys and some instructions if needed. Wе are registered as a guest apartment so during the check-in you will be asked to fill out an address form for your stay, same as you will do in a hotel. In the day of your check-out you will have to give back the keys to the person who has met you on the check-in.
