The space * CASA VACANZE DALLA BRUNA * The completely renovated APARTMENT is located on the fifth floor of a historic building in the heart of Modena city centre, very easy to reach from the train station or by car. It has a charming little balcony and large windows that make the rooms airy and bright and offer a wide rooftop view. ENTRANCE is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in and the lift will leave you exactly in front of the door. Once inside you will find on your right the living area and on your left the bathroom and the two bedrooms. LIVING ROOM and KITCHEN are one large and bright open space, furnished with a mix of modernity and tradition. Here you will find a large table and a modern kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, hob with 4 burners, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery and all the main kitchen utensils. We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas. A comfortable sofa and a 50" smart TV will allow you to relax or work in a unique, airy and pleasant environment. In a wonderful vintage bookcase we have set up an entertainment corner for children, with books, stationery, games and puppets. The space is completed by a charming little balcony from which to enjoy the view open air. From the living area a corridor leads to TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS. One is very large and spacious, with a bed with memory foam mattress (160x200cm) and a large open wardrobe for storing your personal belongings. Here you will also have a cot (60x120) for small children. The other room is smaller but equally cosy, with a bed with a memory foam mattress (140x200cm) and a small open wardrobe for personal belongings. The BATHROOM, windowed and equipped with shower box completes the house. We will leave everything you need to travel light: hair dryer,hand towel and shower towel, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: washing machine with detergent capsules, air conditioning (the A/C units are only in the living room and in the corridor between the bedrooms. There are no A/C units inside the bedrooms), wifi connection, free parking on the street. Bed linen and towels, provided by a professional laundry, are always included. Cot with bars, high chair and changing table arem always available. Guest access - Entrance is completely autonomous thanks to self check-in. On the day of your arrival you will receive a link that you only have to click to open the door. - The entire house and its contents are at your complete disposal. - Check-in from 16:00. If you need to drive all the way to the house (only for loading/unloading) it is possible to register your car for access to the restricted traffic zone at a cost of €5. It is necessary to communicate the car number plate in advance. Parking is free for the duration of your stay. At home you will find the pass to fill in and display. - SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR FAMILIES!
