Come visit our renovated first floor space in our family home. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen and dining area. There are 2 Queen sized beds, 1 trundle bed and the sofa can open into a bed also. There are 2 terraces, 1 in the front with a BBQ grill and 1 in the back. Easy to get to the City. Please write to inquire if you have questions. The space The house was built from the ground up in 2010. The space is about 1,000 square feet. Everything in the house is new or in great condition. We have central air conditioning in the whole place so there are no bulky units in the windows. We also have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. We have a 55 inch flat screen TV in the living room with cable and internet access. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed with memory foam mattress for added comfort, two large closets, two night stands with reading lamps and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large mirror attached to a wide dresser with 6 drawers and a large closet. The third bed room has a twin sized bed with pillow top mattress, and a trundle bed underneath. There is a new closet with mirrored doors. We have a sofa bed in the living room that expands into a queen sized bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a large tub and one with a standing shower. Both bathrooms come with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap bars and body and hand towels and washcloths. All 3 bedrooms are fully furnished with fresh and clean linens, and extra pillows and blankets in the closets. There are no neighbors on any side of the apartment except for us and our guests. We share the house with our guests. The trampoline, and basketball net in the backyard is for us and our guests to share. I don't like clutter so it may seem minimalistic but it is big and comfortable. The space is extremely well insulated. There is central air conditioning in summer and central heating in winter with a thermostat that can be adjusted by guests. All of the appliances are modern and stainless steel. Sleep well on our comfortable beds. Stay connected with free WiFi. Stay powered and connected via our data jack packs in each of the 7 rooms in the apartment. Feel at home watching your shows on our HDTV while enjoying your meals and snacks that can be stored in our large refrigerator and freezer and microwave some popcorn too if you want. We provide condiments in the fridge as well. Guest access Guests have access to everything in the space. We have a full kitchen with a new stainless steel dishwasher, new stainless steel refrigerator, oven and gas stove, toaster, new microwave and new blender. We have a large coffee machine, tea kettle, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, silverware and even champagne glasses if you want to celebrate. We also provide pots and pans and cooking utensils for those that enjoy cooking. There is always; instant coffee, coffee grinds for coffee machine, tea bags, two types of cream (regular and hazlenut), sugar, selection of fruits, paper towels, napkins and much more. Also, there is a basketball hoop in the front yard that guests can enjoy. There are also a bunch of board games in the living room cabinets including: monopoly, scrabble, battleship and much more. Guests can enjoy sitting outside in either of the two terraces. My husband has picked up guests from nearby JFK Airport when requested for a small fee. During your stay My husband and I are always available if the guests choose to interact with us. We also respect your privacy. My kids are friendly and love playing with children of our guests but only if kids choose to interact. Children of our guests or adults are invited to jump on the trampoline in the backyard at anytime. Other things to note Please send me your arrival time and departure time when booking.
