This beach front property is built on the golden sands of 11 km extensive Mai Khao beach with groves of Casuarina trees along the shore, only a few steps away from the waves of Sea. The space The villa comes with its private infinity swimming pool 40-sqm with an outdoor shower, a beachfront sun-deck, open space living room with see view, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, two fully separated bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with whirlpool jacuzzi tab, walk -in wardrobes , flat screen TVs in each room (Netflix, Prime video or HBO Max), free WiFi, outdoor barbecue, guest bathroom. Please be aware the 2nd bedroom has a separated entrance from the pool area and might be not very suitable for parents with small children, sleeping in the separate room. Dedicated team provides housekeeping, pool and garden service TWICE A WEEK. Stylish design: Luxury, contemporary finishes throughout the villa, a lot of natural light and air. Hardwood floors in both bedrooms, mirrors and concealed lighting, tropical plants all around the villa. Kitchen: Hi-end “island” style, equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Full cookware set includes pots, plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. Phuket airport is 15 minutes drive away. Other things to note Housekeeping is two times per week.
