Lovely vacation home at park 't Broeckhuys. Large plot (650m2) with terraces, play forest for the kids, fireplace, BBQ, hammock, trampoline etc. Located at the back of the park, within walking distance of all facilities. such as a petting zoo, swimming pond, playgrounds, bowling ball, game hall, indoor playground and more. The house has 3 bedrooms with 7 sleeping places, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. 5-6 person Jacuzzi can be booked at an additional cost! (During DTRH, Jacuzzi is already included) The space Super nice vacation home! The vacation park has, among other things, a lake with beautiful clear swimming water within a 3-minute walk, a smaller shallow swimming pool with beach and playground ideal for children, petting zoo, playground, bowling alley, mini golf and tennis courts, game hall and more. The opening hours vary per period. Times known at reception. Bring your own bed linen and towels. You can also book this: €10.50 p.p. for bed linen and €8.50 p.p. for towels. We will then prepare it. Tea towels, coffee beans, and 1st small crate of firewood for outside are included. (then €4 per 5 logs, or bring your own) Check-out at 12 noon instead of 10 a.m. is possible at an additional cost of €25. Please request in advance. It may not be available (anymore) to book. Payment is in cash or via a Tikkie on the day of arrival. You can book this during your stay. Depending on the duration of your stay (how many nights), you will pay the prices below. It is only possible to book for the entire stay and not, for example, for 1 day. This is because, for example, heating it up is by far the most expensive, and also because you then have the code to continue using it:) The costs to book the Jacuzzi are as follows: For a stay of: 2 nights: €85, 3 nights: €105, 4 nights: €125, 5 nights: €140, 6 nights: €150, 7 nights: €160, 8 nights: €170, 9 nights: €180, 10 nights: €190. Depending on how you booked and whether you have a Dutch bank account, we will indicate how you can pay these costs. Please note: If you would like to book the Jacuzzi, we would like to hear from you at least 1 week before arrival. NEW: AIR CONDITIONING can be booked There are already 2 mobile fans in the house included in the price. However, we have also installed 2 air conditioning units. These costs are not included in the nightly rates. If you want to book the air conditioning (only possible for the entire stay), the costs are: 2 nights: €18, 3 nights: €23, 4 nights: €30, 5 nights: €37, 6 nights: €44, 7 nights: €50 Garden: Usually on Sundays the grass is mowed by a local gardener. This sometimes varies, but must be done weekly. Please let him do his job. THE AREA "Viking Adventures" and "Klimpark" are also located here and offer many activities for children from 2 to 12 (making swords and jewelry, building rafts, treasure hunt to the treasure room...) and for the over 12s, adventurous activities such as climbing in trees, ziplines and paintball, etc. Pavilion "Het Buitenhuis" with campsite and restaurant on the beach, is a 5-8 minute walk away. Among other things, the Jumbo supermarket in Winssen is a 5-minute drive away. The beautiful forest of Bergharen is 2 minutes away by car. The area is known for its beautiful cycling and hiking tours and a lot of recreational facilities. Nijmegen is a 15-minute drive away. After checking out, you can still use the park's facilities all day (but please park in front of the general parking lot). Guest access The entire house is for our guests. In the utility room, there is also a washer/dryer. Other things to note Weekends can only be booked including both Friday and Saturday!!! The exception is the period of the summer vacation. Then there is only a minimum of 5 nights. No glassware in the Jacuzzi (if you have booked it) Even if you have booked the air conditioning, we ask you to close doors and windows so that the air conditioning works properly. If you are not at home, we ask you to turn it off. This saves energy costs and environmental impact. The rental of our vacation home is for recreational rental only. Please note: - Drugs are not allowed both inside and outside the house on our premises. - We are NOT a party location. In the event of a nuisance, we will be informed by the surrounding neighbors or reception. We reserve the right to remove you if the house rules or environmental rules are not complied with. - - We ask for normal use of hot water and electricity and gas. Not excessive. We do not allow pets. We do the cleaning of our vacation home ourselves. We value hygiene and attention to detail!
