Gite La Halippe: charming cottage in the countryside

Come and discover our haven in the Gers. At the end of a cul-de-sac is the La Halippe gîte. The cottage is located in an old barn independent of an old farm on an estate of 4 ha. The barn is completely renovated in 2022 with its exposed stones and beams. Outside there is a large terrace with magnificent views of the vineyards and the Saint-Pierre de Condom Cathedral The space On the ground floor, there is a living room, with a sitting area, with a TV and DVD player. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room, with vacuum cleaner, washing machine and clothes dryer. There is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a 2nd bathroom and a 2nd separate toilet. There is a private swimming pool at your disposal from June to the end of September! Other things to note Services include: Bed linen, bath towels and dish towels, end-of-stay cleaning. Beds are made upon arrival. At your disposal: Filter coffee machine, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, cleaning products, washing machine tablets. Electricity consumption is included, as well as 2 bags of wood pellets for the pellet stove.
