This former presbytery has been converted into a splendid family home with heated swimming pool. Its recent renovation has been done with taste and will reveal many treasures. The house is located in the lovely, peaceful village of St-Laurent de Belzagot. This two-hundred-year-old house has retained many traces of its past. The space On the ground floor: - The open-plan kitchen, organised around a large central island, will delight the whole family or all your friends during convivial meals. All the necessary equipment is on site: oven, microwave, pod and filter coffee makers, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, raclette machine, etc. - Just off the kitchen, you'll find a cosy lounge with a fireplace and games for adults and children; - A bathroom with bath and WC completes the ground floor. - Note: for the little ones, the concierge will also provide a changing table, high chairs, baby chair and deckchair on request. 1st floor: - 3 spacious and bright double bedrooms with 2 160cm beds and one 180cm bed; - A bathroom with shower and WC completes this floor. - Note: the bedrooms are large enough to accommodate umbrella beds (one of which can be made available to you if you wish). 2nd floor: - The 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor are not available when you rent the Petit Presbytère de St-Laurent. If you wish to use them, you must rent the "Presbytère de St-Laurent" directly (separate advert). - Note: on this top floor there is also a second living room with TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, DVD) and an old card table. You can also relax on the sofa while admiring the view of the countryside! This atypical home has high-speed wifi on every floor (despite being 200 years old, the house is connected to fibre optics!) and the numerous desks in the bedrooms will allow you to telework in peace and quiet. Outside : - There's a lovely garden planted with trees and flowers where you can relax in the armchairs or organise a meal in a cosy atmosphere at the foot of the church; - A swing, a wooden hut with a slide and a small picnic table will delight your children! - The new swimming pool (7.5 x 3m), heated whenever outside temperatures permit, completes this exceptional property! The pool has a large underwater deck so that older children can relax with a book in hand and/or younger ones can splash around without drinking too much. - Note: The peacefulness of the premises will allow you to relax and enjoy activities such as yoga (when the children have gone to stretch their legs...). Great games in the setting sun, with family or friends, will brighten up your summer evenings (there are even stone tables where you can take home some victuals!).
