We are looking forward to welcoming you 'Chez nous!' The South West of France is peaceful and yet vibrant! Enjoy a glass of wine, the local food and beaches by the river and lakes, go cycling along the canal, golfing, fishing, night markets with local producers, visit a prestigious lotus garden.. we're here to advise you so that you have the best holiday! The space An ideal arrangement that allows you to experience living with a host while still feeling at home. The house consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. On the ground floor, you'll find the living area, kitchen, and dining room. A door in the kitchen leads to the pantry where you'll find the washing machine and dryer. A small corridor leads to the restroom and a private dressing room. A staircase from the living room leads to the upper floor where you'll find three bedrooms and the bathroom (with bathtub and shower). A fourth bedroom will be locked during your stay, as it belongs to one of my daughters who currently prefers not to share it. A work area on the landing, complete with a desk and printer, provides a space to work during your stay. Guest access You have your private terrace with BBQ facilities and you can enjoy the whole garden! Other things to note We are located 20 minutes away from the Casteljaloux and Tombeboeuf Golf Courses, and 6 kilometers from Clairac, a medieval village with character, featuring a beach along the Lot River where swimmers and fishermen gather.
