We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as per the City of El Paso code. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and violations may lead to immediate cancellation without a refund. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is not permitted inside the house or around doors/windows; a $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke odor or residue is detected. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this property, and an unauthorized pet will result in a $500 fee. Before you leave, please place all used towels and hand towels in the washer, put used dishes in the sink, take out the trash to the outdoor bins, turn off lights, electronics, and appliances, lock all windows and doors, and return the keys to the lockbox.
