The space The property has two main spaces: - a bedroom, equipped with a 140 double bed - a living area, with equipped kitchen, and a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 people. Feel at home: a TV screen and a good Wi-Fi network will help you relax. The equipped kitchen includes an oven and microwave, but also a Nespresso coffee machine. The basics are of course provided (towels, bed sheets, etc.), up to an iron if you come for a chic moment. Free street parking is available or at the Célestin-Philibois parking lot. From the accommodation, you can quickly walk to the city's main tourist attractions: - St. Nizier Church and Hôtel du Dauphin - Cathedral - Museum of Modern Art - Quais de Seine and promenade - Museum of Tools and Workers' Thought... The train station is a 20-minute walk away. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note In order to continue to offer you excellent value for money, we would appreciate it if you could give us a little help at the time of your departure by: doing the dishes; removing the linens from the used beds; taking out the garbage. 🏡 You will stay in an authentic half-timbered house dating from 1605, located in the heart of the historic center of Troyes. Its charm and character are part of the experience. As in most old buildings, the sound insulation is different from that of a recent construction, and some noise from the neighborhood may occasionally be noticeable. HOUSE RULES The accommodation is available for seasonal rental. We remain available throughout your stay and will always do our utmost to accommodate your requests. 🕓 Self check-in from 4 pm. 🕚 Self check-out no later than 11 a.m. These times are essential to allow our cleaning team to work and to ensure that the accommodation is perfectly prepared for the next guests. 🧺 If you would like a cleaning or a change of sheets and towels during your stay, this service is available upon request (with a surcharge).
