This self contained luxury 3 bed unit is set in the grounds of Molland Manor House B&B you have the use of the beautiful grounds children's playground, parking and WiFi The hot tub is optional and is an additional £15 a night if booked. If the B&B is open you will have a key and access to the public rooms, the orangery with honesty bar and pool table with huge 80 inch TV, Full Sky Plus BT Sports. The Unit is self contained with a large King bed with a huge walk in closet plus a lift bed with more storage underneath, it has a large en-suite shower. It has another two small bedrooms with small 4 foot double, these rooms share a bathroom with a T shape bath with shower over it. The family sitting room has a large sofa which can be made into a double bed, the room has a fireplace with a very large 75 inch TV full Sky plus a Xbox oneS. The Kitchen is a delight with plenty of room to prepare family meals and boasts a double oven with a fitted microwave and large fridge freezer and a dishwasher.
