Pets are allowed with management discretion. No garage parking. Parking for 4 cars in the paved driveway. (No parking on the side of the road) Pet Policy $30 per night, per pet. Any pet damage will be billed to the credit card on file to include the cost of repairs, cleaning the carpets, and/or decontaminating the home. Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub at any time. Evidence of pets in the pool or hot tub may incur additional deep cleaning fees. No Smoking Policy The home is designated as NO SMOKING to include marijuana, tobacco, vape, and e-cigarettes. Fines from smoking or smoke damage will be the responsibility of the guest on file to pay in full. Please scroll down for the full Pet Policy and No Smoking Policy After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation. Booking Channel Guests: Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity’s sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours. Guest access Included is a home office setup, HP wireless printer/scanner/ copier in the great room built in cabinet, 6 tennis rackets in the storage room by the garage, 2 sets of adult and one child set of golf clubs (in the garage). From spring through Fall, Sunriver Resort’s world-class golf shines. Sunriver Resort is home to 63 holes of world-class golf including the famed Crosswater Club, a Golf Digest Top 100 course. Additional summer activities include cruiser bike rides on the 30 miles of paved trails, a horseback ride with the folks at Sunriver Stables, rafting or canoeing down the Deschutes River and enjoying locally made ice cream at Goody’s at the Village at Sunriver. Mom can hit the Sage Springs Spa while dad takes the kids to the Meadows Course 9-hole putting course. (Every mom needs a break from the kids now and then.) Other things to note PET POLICY Pets are allowed in homes classified as pet-friendly homes with management pre-approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Please note the following policies at our pet-friendly homes. Cascara welcomes pets for an additional fee of $20 per night/per pet. All pets must be on a leash or under voice command at all times when outside of the home. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Evidence of pets on furniture may incur additional deep cleaning fees. Additional fees may apply if your pet causes damage or disturbances to premises or furnishings or leaves excessive amounts of hair. Guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Cascara reserves the right to remove guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on the balcony, patio, or porch. Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Cascara Vacation Rentals, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet. Guests will be solely responsible for the pet while on the property and in Sunriver. No Smoking Policy All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking inside vacation homes or condos. This includes, but is not limited to; tobacco, marijuana, vape pens, vaping, cartridges containing liquid nicotine, hookahs, cigars, or any lighted inhaled material. Any damage caused by smoking is 100% the responsibility of the guest on file. Sunriver is surrounded by the abundant wooded area of the Deschutes National Forest, which makes for a very high wildfire risk in the warm months. Smoking: Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, or other substances on or along any road, drive, lane (except within an enclosed motor vehicle), pathway, trail, or outside of the privately-owned property is prohibited.
