In the living and dining area, floor to ceiling sliding window provides maximum sunshine to chill and relax. There are a ​comfortable 2-seater sofa, 43 inches Smart TV and Free view channels. Dining table with chairs. There is a walk-in shower, washing machine & dryer, and laundry detergent in the bathroom. Guest access Guests have the whole apartment exclusively by themselves and have access to the In-Building Pool and sauna between 6am and 8pm everyday. Other things to note There are a couple of options for parking 1. You can rent on-site parking (there's very limited spots, always fully booked, only take advance booking) with us, and the cost is $25 per day. 2. PARKING OFF STREET Monday - Friday, between 8am - 6pm $3 per hour (first 2 hrs), $6 per hour (2 hrs +). Free between 6 pm - 8 am the following morning. Saturday, 8am - 6pm $1.5 per hour (first 2 hrs), $2 per hour (2 hrs +). Free between 6 pm - 8 am the following morning. Sunday FREE (until 8 am Monday the following morning). 3. Wilson parking building (Address 126 Nelson Street) Usual Hour: $18 per 12 hours Early bird (before 8 am) $15 per 12 hours.
