The location is exceptional—in the heart of the old town, you can reach Straubing's town square with its many shops and restaurants on foot in just two minutes, the train station in just seven minutes, and the Festplatz am Hagen fairground in just twelve minutes. Cultural restaurants and pubs, such as the Raven and the Branco restaurant, are in the immediate vicinity. In the entrance hall, you are greeted by a historic staircase with beautiful tiles and a well-maintained appearance. The wonderful wooden parquet flooring, thick walls, and beautiful lattice windows also create a cozy atmosphere in the apartment. The foundations of the completely renovated house date back to the 16th century. You can start your day with a nice hot cup of coffee on the roof terrace, on the small balcony, or in the cozy kitchen. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 or 160x200cm. The bedrooms can be darkened with curtains. In the rooms, you will find clothes racks and hangers and a chest of drawers for storing your belongings. Adjacent to one of the bedrooms, you can do your work at a small desk. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the large smart TV with Netflix and Zattoo, or play your own music on the Bluetooth speaker. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need (stove, refrigerator, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric kettle). Of course, you will also find plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, bowls, knife block, etc. We also provide consumables such as coffee filters, fresh coffee powder, tea, some spices such as salt and pepper, as well as dish soap, cloths, sponges, and dish towels. The large bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower. You will also find a hair dryer there. Of course, you will receive fresh towels, hand soap, and shower gel. The apartment also offers space for a fifth and sixth guest with a sofa bed in the living area measuring 160x200m. On the ground floor of the house, there is a lockable, easily accessible room for bicycles, which is exclusively used by the residents of the four parties in the house. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached via a staircase. The first access to the apartment is via an access code, which you will receive from us by email before arrival. Sometimes we can also hand over the key in person. You have the entire apartment to yourself. Feel right at home! Other things to note Late check-out or early check-in are subject to availability. If you need a crib or high chair, we can prepare this for you for an additional charge. A registration form must be completed and identification documents presented before check-in.
