The lovingly furnished living and dining area invites you to relax. In the separate bedroom you will find a cozy double bed. In addition, there are two sofa beds in the living area – one for up to two people and another for one person. Ideal for families or small groups of up to 5 guests. The modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with illuminated mirror ensures feel-good moments. Underfloor heating and towel radiators provide pleasant warmth in the cooler season. Guest access You have a separate entrance to your apartment. Bicycle lovers can safely lock their own bikes. If you do not have your own bicycles, we will gladly provide ours – including children's bicycles in various sizes and toddler bicycle seats. A laundry facility is also available, so you can make your stay particularly comfortable. Other things to note 50 euros final cleaning included in the price. Legal information for your stay: In Austria, we are obliged to collect the visitor's tax. In Mörbisch it is 4.50 euros per person per night (from 18 years) and is fully forwarded by us to the municipality. These costs will be collected on site. We also need to share your guest information with the municipality before you arrive. Bond: No deposit required.
