Our house is located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River in Waddington, directly across from the Bass Masters Fishing Tournament headquarters. We have 2 private decks, Large kitchen, beautiful dinning room with spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River. 3 queen bedrooms with electric beds, a sofa sleeper and twin size bedroom. 2 stall garage. 2 brand new open kayaks and 2 new 3 wheel bicycles for you to explore the area while enjoying your stay. WE DO NOT ALLOW Large Parties or events. The space The house is very large and has 3 large queen bedrooms upstairs. A pull out sleeper sofa downstairs and a twin private bedroom downstairs. Two decks one with a new grill off the dinning room and a raised table and 2 chairs to enjoy the view. A fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a low water dock to fish or take off with the kayaks. Guest access There is space for 2 cars in the garage and two cars outside of the garage. There is also parking along the side of the house on a dead end street to the St. Lawrence River. Hidden beach is a few steps away and is beautifully sandy bottom. Ride the 3 wheel bikes to town. Other things to note Not really handicap friendly. Bedrooms are upstairs but their is a queen sofa sleeper downstairs along with a twin pull out sofa. This is an old house that has been updated so not all floors are level, but it is nice and comfortable.
