A 2 Bedroom fully self contained, well appointed downstairs retreat set on a large well kept property close to the central city but far enough away to imagine you may have escaped. Relax in this calm oasis, surrounded by active bird song. Watch the sunrise, swim at the beach or take a walk. Walks at our doorstep include Jubilee Track, McLaughlan Monument, Cornwallis Wharf and Beach. We live upstairs with a friendly dog and are happy to engage if required. The space The fully self contained downstairs apartment is part of the main house where we live. The second bedroom is internal so has no outside window. Fully equipped kitchen and fresh eggs if the chooks have laid. Beds - 1 x queen, 2 x singles. Toilet is separate from the bathroom. Guest access The apartment space is all yours - it's locked off from the rest of the house. The grounds are shared and we may sometimes be pottering around doing maintenance. Other things to note Complimentary EV charging. Free unlimited wifi is available via our Starlink satellite connection. Cell phones work but can sometimes drop calls in bad weather. Both bedrooms have wireless cell phone charging built into the bedside lamps. Boats welcome and can be launched at the wharf. Wash-downs ok and filleting table set up. Neighbour can supply 4wd tractor launching by arrangement. Hot outside shower.
