The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, American coffee maker, mocha, water kettle, toaster, etc. Also provided is a pantry with breakfast supplies: tea, coffee, Nespresso pods, sugar, cookies, and some beverages such as coke and beer, kept cool in the refrigerator. Turning on the heating in winter is regulated according to municipal regulations. The apartment has independent air conditioning for cooling during the summer.
