Pool/Spa, Pet friendly, Downstairs Master

Welcome to serene and tranquil Lakeway. This beautiful and spacious home has everything needed for a getaway - pool, spa, game room and 4 large bedrooms for groups up to 8 guests. Plenty of parking and ease of use in this smart home - with Alexa controlled features like lights, thermostat and entertainment. Large and fully stocked kitchen with separate dining make this the perfect home to entertain. All natural, unscented cleaning products. The space The house is situated in Texas Hill country near Lake Travis. Very quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise, lots of trees, parks, trails - hence the abundant wildlife. The house is a 2 story, open plan layout that has all the living requirements on the ground floor - kitchen, living room, dining room, Master Bedroom and guest bedroom - both with en suites. Upstairs has 2 other bedrooms and a full Jack and Jill bath along with a large entertainment room with 86" TV, game consoles, video/pinball machine and massage chair. Outdoors features plenty of seating, outdoor kitchen, outdoor dining and of course our pool and spa. Spa can be heated. The pool is also self cleaning and will remain free of leaves and debris so you always have a pristine pool during your stay. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 2 queens. The mattresses are all firm and hotel quality. Linens are all 100% cotton and 800 to 1000 thread count. All beds are covered with a mattress cover and a mattress pad. Pillow are double covered with pillow bags and cases and ALL items are washed between guests. See our cleaning protocols in "Other details to note". Guest access You'll have use of the whole house including pool, heated spa and garage. Other things to note DON'T SPEED!: When coming to the house do not speed on Lakeway Parkway. It is a 30mph speed limit and there are regular speed traps from our extremely well manned Lakeway police force. You will be extremely safe but don't ruin your stay with a speeding ticket!! PETS: Our house is dog & cat friendly (other pets within reason too of course). There is a dog door to the backyard which is fully fenced. If you want to bring your dog or other pet there is an additional cleaning charge depending on animal size. SPA HEATING: Spa Heating is included in booking up to 3 hours a day. Unfortunately, some guests have left the spa heater on for the whole stay costing us hundreds in gas bills. Heating past 3 hours will be billed at $20/hour which is around our cost. POOL HEATING: The Pool can be heated but as we are on propane there is a $250 fee + $125 per day charge to heat the pool up to 80 degrees (this is less than our cost). You must let us know 48 hours in advance of check-in if you wish to have the pool heated upon your arrival. CLEANING: We take your safety and cleaning very seriously. Our house is fully cleaned between guests. Specifically - all surfaces - furniture, floors, counters etc - are fully cleaned and disinfected. ALL bed linens are washed - not just the sheets but the covers, blankets AND Mattress pads are washed between guests. Our pillows are DOUBLE covered with zippered pillow covers and pillow cases and these are ALL washed between guests. Our remotes for TVs are shrink wrapped and disinfected. We use all NON-SCENTED and natural products to minimize allergens and all our laundry detergents are natural as well. Our toilets are fitted with Fluidmaster "Flush 'N Sparkle" Auto cleaning systems that rinse with bleach with every flush. We change our AC filters monthly.
