Other things to note House rules - No parties or events are allowed. - NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ** Smoking is allowed outside the house at our designated spots only. - Pets are not allowed - Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay. or stay more than the number of guests that have been reported - Guests must agree to provide a copy of their passport before their stay. - Please do not eat or drink in the bedroom. - Please respect the sound curfew. and no noise after 11:00 p.m. - Please turn off the air conditioner / electricity when you go out. - Please respect the check-in time 2:30 p.m. and check-out time 11:00 a.m. - Please take special care of your keys. Lost keys have a replacement fee. - Please take care of the furniture. You must pay damages that exceed the insurance amount. - Please do not rearrange the furniture. - Do not bring outdoor furniture such as chairs to use in the house, it will damage the floor. which must pay expenses in excess of the insurance amount - Please cook your food. and keep the kitchen clean - Do not throw away toilet paper. or other things into the toilet bowl You won't be able to flush the toilet after that. - Please take out the trash. at the point that we stated before departure - Illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.
