Living room and bathroom are equipped with underfloor heating. Parking space for the car is right by the house. Garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol to relax you have directly in front of the apartment on a lawn. In a few minutes you are in the city center , but also in the forest. Other things to note The outdoor pool and the spa park are in the immediate vicinity. The Marienglashöhle is also already reached in about 20min walk. Public transportation can be reached in a few minutes. Easily you can reach the most famous places of Thuringia, like -Oberhof -Eisenach with the Wartburg and the Bach House -Weimar with Goethe and Schiller House -Erfurt, the state capital with the Krämer Bridge -Gotha with its residential castle We are an optimal starting point for hiking or cycling tours, as well as winter sports, such as tobogganing or cross-country skiing.
