Our spacious home is conveniently located near I-40 and Martin Luther King Blvd in Chapel Hill. Pick up the free city bus to UNC campus and cruise around Franklin Street. Situated in a safe and friendly neighborhood, walk to Homestead Park, Homestead Aquatic Center and soccer fields. Nature and hiking trails are a short drive. Two grocery stores within a mile of the home make for easy shopping. Our Airbnb is fully stocked in the the kitchen and bathrooms for all your needs. The space Modern and peaceful inside, our tasteful and cozy decor makes you feel right at home. Plenty of natural light and backyard overlooks a private, forested area. Our dining, eat-in area and large living room sofa provide plenty of seating for guests. The master suite has a large chair and a half for comfy reading and privacy. Soak in the garden tub, relax on the private back porch, cook dinner on the grill, enjoy some solitude. Guest access You have access to the family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, all four bedrooms and the bonus room. You also have access to the deck as well as the yard areas. We live in this home when not hosting. We keep our personal belongings in the office, closets and garage. Please be respectful of these spaces. You are welcome to use any amenities and condiments that you see. One of the benefits of this being our primary residence is that we have many extras for you to enjoy:)! Thank you!
