The independent apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the center of the village. Only a 15-minute drive from the main beaches. It is about 100km from Cagliari airport and 35km from the port of Arbatax, where you can take boats to visit the most beautiful beaches in Italy, such as Cala Mariolu, Cala Goloritzé, etc. The space The entrance is independent and has a small garden. Inside we find a living room with a table and chairs. Dining room with equipped kitchen, table, chairs, TV and fireplace. The master bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. The bedroom, on the other hand, has two single beds, bedside tables and a wardrobe, with access to a small terrace where you can hang out the laundry. Finally, the bathroom consists of a sink, shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine. Other things to note As of 2023, the Municipality of Tertenia requires the payment of an accommodation tax. The cost is €1.5 per person per day. Payment will be an extra to the reservation, payable in cash or by bank transfer.
