We are a privately owned and run holiday home in the wonderful Park Dean resort in Walton on the Naze . We are situated near the clubhouse, restaurant and shop on the Pines . The caravan is 3 bedrooms and brand new sleeps 8 . Wi-Fi is free at the caravan Master bedroom has a double bed Bedroom 2 twin bed Bedroom 3 twin bed Sofabed in the lounge The caravan has decking with a dining area Other things to note Entertainment passes can be purchased from reception they are not included with the booking. Travel cots or high chairs can be hired for £15 per stay each but must be booked in advance subject to availability . Bedding isn't provided with the travel cots. Early check in or late check out must be booked in advance subject to availability and is charged at an hourly rate.
