In the middle of village life with the fantastic view over the Marche region over to San Marino, you immerse yourself in the Italy that we all only know from films and that we have all always longed for. A large garden or a private pool may seem indispensable to some: however, in our opinion, this does not seem necessary to experience and discover Italy. Because that's how the best comes out of everything. If you are looking for refreshment, you can explore the nearby Adriatic Sea with its beaches and Bagni or – as a special natural experience – the hidden river bays with their fresh, cold fresh water, just as the locals do. If you want to enjoy la dolce vita, stroll through the village (or the neighboring towns and cities) with its charming alleys, enjoy wonderful views, meet friendly neighbors.
