Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, just 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 10, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unspoiled nature and an unforgettable sunrise from the south and north-east facing wooden terraces. The space New and modernly furnished 38 sqm upper floor apartment for private use for up to 2 adults (at least 16 years old). 18 sqm balcony lounge facing south and 4 sqm wooden balcony in the entrance area including terrace furniture and lake view. Living room couch with 186 cm seat width, 1 stool for the feet, 1 armchair and TV. Kitchenette with ceramic range, microwave with convection oven and fridge. Modern bathroom with large shower. Bedroom with bed (200 x 160 cm) and wardrobe. Wi-Fi with DSL bandwidth (100 down, 50 up). Price includes bed linens, towels, final cleaning. Guest access Guests have sole access to the apartment. Other things to note Minimum age of the accompanying second person: 16 years (child-free adult accommodation). Unfortunately, we do not accept animals. Unfortunately, the apartment is not barrier-free. We would like to point out that there may be construction noise in the wider area due to the construction of another vacation home.
