Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of Leipzig's Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 10, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunrise from the south and north-east facing wooden terraces. The space New and modernly furnished 38 sqm OG apartment for private use for up to 2 adults (at least 16 years). 18 sqm balcony lounge facing south as well as 4 sqm wooden balcony in the entrance area incl. Terrace furniture and lake view. Living room couch with 186 cm seat width, 1 stool for feet, 1 armchairs and TV. Kitchenette with ceramic range, microwave with hot air oven and fridge. Modern bathroom with large shower. Bedroom with bed (200 x 160 cm) with wardrobe. Wifi with DSL bandwidth (100 Down, 50 Up). Price incl. linens, towels, final cleaning. Guest access Guests have sole access to the apartment. Other things to note Minimum age of the co-traveling second person: 16 years (child-free adult accommodation). No pets are allowed with us. The apartment is unfortunately not accessible. We would like to point out that construction noise can occur in the wider area due to the construction of another holiday home. If this affects your vacation, we find a solution.
