Sítio Shidomi is a simple and cozy family cottage that has an excellent one-story house in full integration with nature. Located within a private condominium, the space is totally safe and also has the support and assistance of our caretaker. We believe in harmonious socialization among people, so we open the doors of our house so that others can enjoy this place of peace and harmony, experiencing special moments, relaxing the mind and heart. The space On summer days, enjoy the pool, deck, barbecue and soccer field. On winter days, enjoy the fireplace, the fire pit, the games, and the starry nights on the deck. Throughout the year, enjoy nature, listen to the birds sing, and watch the sunset on the dam. Our house has no luxury but it is very functional, we like to cook, to receive people, to have barbecues, to listen to music, to watch movies, to stay in the hammock, to work in the garden, to observe the birds, in short, to live a simple life. If all this makes sense to you, then you'll enjoy this place. House details: BALCONY - large balcony with benches, hammocks and rocking chairs overlooking the garden and mountains. LIVING ROOM - with fireplace, sofas, tatami with cushions, dining table with 6 seats, pool table, 42-inch TV, digital antenna, Home theater and Chromecast. KITCHEN - equipped with refrigerator, 4-burner stove, microwave, air fryer, mixer, blender, toaster, rice cooker, fondue machine, various pots and kitchen utensils. BEDROOM 1 (en-suite) - Double bed, dresser, support shelf and private bathroom. BEDROOM 2 - Two bunk beds, a double mattress and a wardrobe with pillows. BEDROOM 3 - A double bed, a bunk bed, a support shelf and a closet with locking pillows. BATHROOMS - A bathroom with shower stall in the common area of the house, a bathroom with shower stall in the suite, a bathroom in the outdoor area. LEISURE AREA 1 - Swimming pool with deck, barbecue with utensils, horizontal refrigerator/freezer, sun loungers, tables with chairs and foosball table. RECREATION AREA 2 - Space for campfire, vegetable garden, chicken coop, woods and meditation gazebo, grass soccer field. DAM - Going down the ramp in less than 3 minutes you arrive at the dam! Guest access The place is fully available, only the garden and the hen house are closed to visitors. Eventually, the caretaker can open it for a visit. Other things to note Access to the site is very easy, 95% paved, until you arrive you will find about 800 meters of very quiet dirt road for any type of car. We have good quality Internet (Wi-Fi) and enabling you to work remotely or participate in meetings. The caretaker's house is on the same property, but it is set apart from the main house, maintaining the privacy of visitors.
