The view of Lake Lugano and the surrounding green mountains is breathtaking from the apartment UNIQUE GANDRIA 3, a special place for your vacation or business stay! The space This high standing apartment is located in a newly built building in the village of Gandria, not far from Lugano city. It welcomes you with a large and bright living room composed as follows: the TV area furnished with a comfortable sofa on which to watch a movie at the end of the day, or read a book and relax admiring the landscape from the window; the dining area with an oval table for 4 and the modern kitchen, complete and equipped with everything you need. The living room leads to the wonderful small terrace with table and chairs, where you can have breakfasts and drinks outdoors, enjoying the spectacular view of the branch of Lake Ceresio. There are two bedrooms, a romantic double bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed and a small sofa that becomes a single bed for the night, both overlooking the lake (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. Free Wi-Fi available.  Smoking is strictly prohibited.  Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited. Guests have access to outdoor parking on the main street, a 3-minute walk from the building. (max dimensions: L:4.40m, W:1.95m, H:no limit).  WARNING: to reach the apartment, you have to walk the stairs for 3 minutes!
