Camping In The Meadow

This rustic campsite features a camper trailer, fire pit, and a private porta potty conveniently located nearby. Nestled in the heart of the Manistee National Forest, it is surrounded by ORV routes and scenic hiking trails. Please note that you will need to bring most of the additional supplies necessary for your stay in the woods. This is an ideal overnight basecamp for hunters, hikers, kayakers, and other outdoor enthusiasts who plan to spend their days exploring the area. The space The camper is located in a beautiful meadow, surrounded by the Manistee National Forest. There is a fire pit, and wood available. Spend your evening around the fire, gazing at stars with a quiet like no other! Rain? No worries. There is a covered pavilion, with a picnic table, and ambient lighting is so very cozy! Tiki torches are available to keep the bugs at bay, but in case we are out~bring your own tiki oil. Guest access The entire camper, surrounding meadow, covered pavilion & “porti potty” are all for the camper guests only to use. There is a private trail system on the property for all cabins & camper guests. Other things to note Please note all the essentials that are NOT available! In order to keep it rustic, and keep costs low, we do not provide the pots, pans, dishes, stove or bedding. Please feel free to ask ahead of time about what we provide. If you need us to provide you with a full camp, for an additional fee, that can be arranged. Just send me a note saying you are interested.
