Walk out the front of this amazing architecture and feel the ocean breezes, the chirping of the birds, the sails flapping in the back ground of the multimillion dollar sailing boats – with a few amazing power boats to look at too. Nestled in the in the heart of the Port of Airlie, in this 2 bedroom apartment you can capture the daily marina life with restaurants, a café and a bar at your door step. Modern conveniences including air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full-sized kitchen with all the appliances you would need are at your disposal. This apartment is elegantly fitted to boast a tropical feel, and offers a master bedroom with a king bed whilst the second bedroom has a queen bed. The King can be split into 2 king singles. There is also a rollaway bed available on request. Guest access A lift gives you access to the underground basement parking (1 car), the pool area, a tennis court, a BBQ area and is only a short walk to the ferry terminal and the bustling main street of Airlie Beach. Other things to note Strictly no smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex. The keys are fitted with Apple tags incase the keys get lost, as we’ve had a problem with getting new ones in the past. If you have an issue with the Apple tags please let me know in advance and they will be removed. If the keys get lost and are unable to be located there will be a $100 key replacement charge.
