Fireworks are strictly prohibited to protect our community and the surrounding environment. For long-term stays (28+ nights), a $1,000 security deposit is required at booking to secure your dates. Unlike typical long-term rentals, where deposits often equal one to two months’ rent, our deposit is intentionally modest — a gesture of commitment rather than a financial barrier.
