The rooms, all with a private bathroom, are located on the ground floor of our house. Welcome to our lovely guest house, the Yellow House, where I am committed to making you feel at home away from home. The property is conveniently located just 5 minutes from the 'Leonardo da Vinci' international airport. I am happy to offer you a comfortable and welcoming stay and to help you in your adventure in Italy. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! The space Welcome! My goal is to make you feel at home but in total independence. The property, located just 5 minutes from Rome's "Leonardo da Vinci" international airport and 15 minutes from the "Fiera di Roma", offers bright and spacious double, single and double rooms, each with a private bathroom. At your disposal, upon request, there is the possibility of using the internal parking (free upon reservation), taxi and shuttle to/from the "Leonardo da Vinci" airport (for a fee). Guest access Guests will have a set of keys for independent access to the property, ensuring total autonomy. Respect for other guests is required, avoiding noise late in the evening or at night. Private indoor parking is only available upon request. Smoking is not allowed inside, but there is an outdoor smoking area. Access and/or stay of foreign guests is only allowed by prior agreement. Free luggage storage is available upon reservation. During your stay We live upstairs, so we are always on site and available for any need. Just a buzz on the intercom to contact us. Other things to note Shuttle service available to/from the airport and other destinations, operated by an external company with variable costs. All private transfers must be booked the day before arrival at the latest, to ensure availability and confirmation of the driver. For the reservation, you need the flight code/train number, estimated time of arrival and telephone number to be forwarded to the driver. Here are the rates: - From Fco to us: €25 in total for a car service, €35 in total if minivan. The service is available until 10:00 p.m., the check-in closing time. - From us to Fco: €25 in total for a private car from 5:00 a.m. (€35 if minivan), €30 in total (€40 if minivan) if before 5:00 a.m. The night service has an extra cost of €5 if before 4:00 a.m. Transfers from Rome Termini: - From Termini to us and vice versa: €70 in total for car service if by 9:00 p.m., €85 in total if by 10:00 p.m., check-in closing time. Transfers to/from the New Rome Fair: - From us at the Fair: €35 with a private car. - Same prices for the return trip. Payments are made directly to the driver, as the service is private and separate, with costs decided by the company, which has all the necessary licenses and insurance. No smoking on the property. We live upstairs, so we are always available for anything you need.
