Nice apartment on the front of the sea, can accomodate four people + two people in a sofa bed. It is the ideal place for a holiday where the scent of the sea inebriates the days... To guarantee hygiene and safety we are disinfecting with particular care the surfaces that are touched most frequently between one booking and another. The space The apartment has a double bedroom, one with two beds, a large living room with television, a kitchen, a bathroom and a double bathroom / laundry room with washing machine, a balcony facing the sea with table and chairs with the possibility of lowering the curtain to being able to have lunch or dinner outside. The house is air conditioned and the mattresses are in memory foam. The living room has a double sofa bed to accommodate two more people. If you have a small child I can provide you with a camping cot on request. Guest access Access to the house is from the back of the two-storey building on Via Alberto Mario. The terrace, bordered by a railing and a gate, is a common private property with other apartments, so I kindly ask you to keep it clean. Access to the apartment is a very large open space, therefore without the risk of creating gatherings and in compliance with the hygiene and sanitary rules foreseen by the decree on the management of contagion from Covid-19. Other things to note Under the house there is an excellent ice cream shop. In the months of July and August, being Pozzallo a renowned tourist resort, clearly the influx of people who come on holiday is greater and in the evening from the balcony you can hear the buzz of tourists and the music that animates the pozzallesi evenings.
