Guest access The Guest can move freely through the garden and enjoy the beauty of the place. Access to the suite is through self check-in, which gives you complete freedom to enter whenever you want. During your stay To enjoy a pleasant stay and not miss anything the city offers, you can count on the support of Paula or Maria do Carmo, by cell phone. Other things to note We are located in the city center. The location is one of the best in Holambra. We are 1.5 km from the mill and on the way you will pass the Love Deck, Museum, Umbrella Street, Main Church and finally the mill. We are surrounded by good restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlors and Pronta Flora (Flower Garden), which are important points that are close to the suite. Regulations: NON-GUESTS REGULATIONS: We have a policy of not receiving people who are not guests in the suite. In case of violation of this rule, we apply a fine in the same amount as the DAILY FEE. REGULATION FOR OMISSION OF PEOPLE OR CHILDREN: It is the obligation of the guest who contracts the reservation by any means to inform all their companions, including babies. Omitting or not informing implies a fine of 2x the daily rate. LITTLE CHILDREN REGULATION: For reservations with children, check if the accommodation has a balcony, as we are not responsible for the absence of a protective net. LATE DEPARTURE POLICY: In case of late check-out, we charge a fee of R$ 30.00 per extra hour. If the need for specialized cleaning and sanitization is verified, we will apply a fee to the service amount. Parties and events are not allowed; in case of violation of this item, an extra fee will be charged, in the same amount as the daily rate. Car stereos are not allowed. BLINDS: All our suites are equipped with electric shutters and are activated via a remote control, or in case of power failure, by a crank. Their operation is checked before all our check-ins. It can lock or even break if it is misused or improperly forced. We ask parents not to allow their children to play with the control (lowering and raising), as it deconfigures and interrupts its operation. In proven cases of damage caused by misuse, we will charge the expense generated for its repair.
