The location of the villa: Sauvian is a peaceful village with all amenities such as a bakery, butcher, pharmacy, a Utile supermarket and a Carrefour Contact supermarket. The villa is situated only 5 minutes from the A9 motorway to all towns. Montpellier airport and TGV station are 45 minutes away, Narbonne 20 minutes, Cap d'Agde 20 minutes and Béziers station 10 minutes. You can also discover the wild beaches of Sérignan and Vendres but also the more animated beaches like Vias or Valras-Plage. To enjoy an AUTHENTIC stay you can discover and do wine tasting in the surrounding vineyards, taste seafood in the port of Chichoulet or discover the historical monuments of one of the oldest cities in France: Béziers. From the villa, you can also enjoy walks in the vineyards behind the house.
