The covered porch provides protected entertaining space or bathe in glorious full sun on the incredible and extensive stone patio that runs along the entire property's ocean frontage. Mornings will reveal magnificent sunrises over Bucklin Rock where you'll spy playful seals and seabirds as you sip your coffee. Perfect space for a family getaway or romantic retreat. Guests will have private access directly to the beach via staircase/ladder leading down from the patio. Note, stairs are not shown in the photos but will be installed prior to summer rentals, and removed during the fall. Guest access Plenty of space for 2 cars, end to end. Possibility to fit 3 (or 4) if you get creative. Please no side-to-side parking. There is also street parking, depending on time of day, and a public paid parking across the street. Other things to note We will provide all linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels and beach towels. For handicapped/wagon/stroller friendly beach access, Crescent Beach (30 second walk) has ramp access. Though we are a "no pets" listing, we can not guarantee the space is allergen free. Please be aware of this, in case any of your guests are sensitive to animals.
