Villa with Private Pool "The Bellagrove Villa" provides great luxury and is a fully self-contained, 4-bedroom house that can accommodate up to 10 people. The villa has a full sized kitchen (including a coffee machine, dishwasher), a washing machine, 2.5 bathrooms (1 an ensuite), covered garage and a covered outdoor area with outdoor kitchen and a hooded BBQ. All linen and towels are supplied. The villa also has its own private pool and laneway access to rear yard to park a 2nd car and boat. Please note that when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to one bedroom with one King bed. If every person as part of your booking wants separate bedrooms, there is an extra $85/night charge on top of the rate calculated, to cover off on extra cleaning and linen costs. If you require any of the queen beds split into singles, there is an additional charge of $50 per stay to cover for the labor and extra linen required to split the bed. When more than one couple is staying, we will unlock the second, third and fourth bedroom, and second bathroom as required. Security bond - we will also make contact with you to get credit card details to do a hold/pre-authorization for a security bond of $450, to be processed on day of arrival. If there are no damages or extra cleaning required upon your departure, the bond hold will automatically release after 5-7 business days.
